Småge, Kim

Since her sensational debut with Night Dive in 1983, Kim Småge has made a name for herself as one of Scandinavia’s leading crime authors. Her books have won her the prestigious Riverton Prize and The Glass Key for Best Nordic Crime Novel. The books featuring her recurring protagonist, police detective Anne-kin Halvorsen, have been published in many European countries.

Praise for Småge's books:

"If one were to speak of a Queen of Crime in this country, she lives and works in Trondheim." (Aftenposten)

"she is among the elite of Norwegian crime authors." (Adresseavisen)

"Something that has been sorely missed has entered Norwegian crime literature, something you’ve had to go to foreign authors like Sara Paretsky, Sue Grafton and their Sisters in Crime to find; a feminine version of the hard-boiled crime novel" (Dagbladet)
