Haga, Tove
Tove Haga has broad experience from restaurants in Norway and abroad. She has, among other things, been named Game Chef of the Year ten times. She has held cooking courses for over fifteen years, and they are still extremely popular. The same can be said about her restaurant at Trugstad Manor. It is well-known in places far from Norway, and her restaurant has regular customers among both English nobles and Arab sheiks.
