Stella

Benny lives with her grandfather, Torvald. Torvald says that he will always look after her. Benny often feels that it is she who must look after him, even if he is a grown-up lawyer with a good sense of logic. Stella is Benny’s best friend. Both are fifteen, with plaits the same length, and their hearts beating to the same rhythm. But one day Stella does not come to school. She does not send any texts, and does not answer her mobile.
