It's Never Too Late to Give Up

Nielsen, Nils-Fredrik: Det er aldri for sent å gi opp Popular pessigrams from the Land of the Midnight Rain.

Nils-Fredrik Nielsen has spent his life thinking pessimistic thoughts about the futility of life, the meaninglessness of success, the evil that there is in everyone, our envy and selfishness... He decided to share some of his most depressing disillusions with others, partly for fame and partly for the money

It's Never Too Late to Give Up is a collection of pessigrams (yes, it is a new word) that is destined to be a major international success. In Norway, the author's home country, it has managed to make the long, dark freezing winters feel even longer, darker and colder.

Publisher's Note: The author of this book is a person who prefers to remain, if not anonymous, then at least in the shadows. This is odd as a person with such originality deserves more prominence. He is a thinker who reflects on the small things in life in a though-provoking way. His books have been a great success in Norway where four volumes offer the state of the art in the genre of pessigrams. In English they would be: It's Never Too Late to Give Up, It's Never Too Early to Regret, It's Never Impossible to Feel Uncomfortable and It's Never Too dull to be True. This book contains excerpts from the first two volumes.

"It's the small, simple things in life that help to make it so meaningless."

"No one can bring about such darkness as he who has seen the light."

"The writer got such a brilliant obituary that it surpassed everything he ever wrote."
