In a confident prose and with great authority Ingebrigtsen varies between the different minds and shows how they evolve around each other, when at the same time they do not have much contact – physically or emotionally. A beautiful and tender novel about male helplessness; about three men who are troubled by the loss of a wife and a mother, and who struggle to get in touch with themselves and with each other.
