This year's poetry collection is no less impressive than the critically acclaimed Den siste ildlender from 2002. In this collection more elements of our daily reality, history and bases of existence are consistently made into subjects of intense poetic study. There is a rich variation of lyric form; short concentrated poems as well as longer narrative poems, together with prose poetry and poems in musical and rhythmic language.
