Ørjasæter, Tordis
Professor, author and literary critic, Tordis Ørjaseter has made programmes for both radio and television; and, following in Sigrid Undset’s footsteps, she has many times conducted parties around Rome. In collaboration with her husband, Jo Ørjaseter, she has recently written a biography of Nini Roll Anker (1873-1842), a celebrated figure in Norwegian literary circles during the interwar years. The authors have based their book on interviews with a host of informants, but primarily on the subject’s own words as they appear in her letters and diaries.
