Seljestad, Lars Ove
Lars Ove Seljestad was born in Odda in 1961. Already with his first novel Blind (2005), he had his literary breakthrough. The book received great critical acclaim and was nominated to several literary prizes. In 2006 came Bastard, an essay on a journey across class borders (social mobility). Then came the novels Frægd (2009) and Fjorden (2011). Isberg (2012) is his fourth novel. In 2010 Seljestad received The Booksellers Sholarship.
