Trebleclef and Bassclef and The Dark Side

In the first book about the drama on the planet Melo we learned how the tonometer, which measures the condition of the vital music, began to sink. To fix it, the government took drastic measures. But it didn’t help. The twins Trebleclef and Bassclef realise that they have to take care of the matter themselves. In this second book, the brothers venture on a trip to the dark side to try to find a solution.

Stian Barsnes Simonsen describes the life and work at the planet Melo. What’s special about Melo, is that its inhabitants don’t eat food when they are hungry – they sing. The more they sing, the fuller they get.
