My Big Brother Chimp

A story that will appeal to children and adults alike, Min storebror Apen is imaginatively enriched by Akin Düzakin's delightful illustrations. The little girl who is at the centre of the story has few friends, so that to outsiders her life seems a lonely one. Lonely she may indeed be, but if so, her loneliness is not of the dismal kind. She has a big brother, a stuffed chimpanzee at the Zoological Museum. She talks to him and he 'answers'; and through him, her secret friend, she gets to know a lot of other people.
